Theresa is a successful sales leader and technology professional with over twenty years of leadership experience. She has developed a track record of success in creating and managing high performance teams and leading through change. She's employed by AT&T as a Senior Associate Director in their Business Sales Leadership Development Program.
Theresa is passionate, articulate and dedicated. She holds Dual Degrees in Business Administration and Behavioral Science. Her expertise includes business development, sales, collaboration, coaching & leadership development, conflict resolution, change management, and end-to-end business solutions.
Theresa serves on several Executive Boards; Women of AT&T, Children's Wish Foundation International, Atlanta Tribune Advisory Board and (WITI) Women in Technology International. She has received several awards including 2010 Top 100 Most Influential Women in Atlanta; AT&T Service Excellence Award & Toastmasters International Excellence in Education and Training Award; Theresa is the 2009-2010 District Governor for Toastmasters International.
As the UPS Customer Relationship Management applications leader, Robin and her team support global marketing, sales and customer service organizations delivering strategic management of application development, architecture, and technology plans to meet business and customer requirements now and for the future.
Robin has a record of consistently exceeding metrics for delivery of innovative products aligned to the business strategy with speed, quality, and cost competitiveness.
Prior to joining UPS, Robin held executive roles at Tyco International and HP in general management, hardware and software engineering, chief technology officer, marketing, quality, and customer satisfaction. Accomplishments include more than doubling the HP entry storage business to $1B, improving server and storage product quality while reducing costs by over $350M, and launching a worldwide partner program.
Robin earned a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering from Tulane University and an MBA in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix. Robin holds five patents and held past board roles as a member of the South Florida WITI advisory board, Tulane School of Engineering advisors board and DCW Architects board of directors.
Eartha S. Petersen
Social Media Director
Eartha is a results-driven leader and strategic thinker with superb communication, technical, and presentation skills. Her unique mix of work experiences includes working in the Communication Department at the Office of President William J. Clinton, Business Sales and Account Management, Corporate Training, and Coaching and Development. Today, Eartha serves as Associate Director at one of AT&T's most competitive college-hire initiatives, the Business Sales Leadership Development Program (BSLDP).
She recently co-founded a non-profit organization for girls (ages 12-17), GODDESS Girl Radio (GODDESS stands for Girls Of Divine Destiny Exuding Substance & Strength). The organization uses Social Media - specifically an online radio show - to put a new spin on mentoring; they provide a platform for young girls to collaborate while empowering them to embrace their unique attributes and abilities.
Eartha also serves as Director of Communication for oxyGEN Atlanta, an AT&T Affinity group designed to help attract, develop, and retain young professionals. In her role, she develops, organizes, and executes distribution of all external messaging and is responsible for branding, creative design of marketing and advertising, and engagement via social media. She is an active member of the Junior League of Atlanta, where she currently serves as a member of the Public Relations Committee. Other key experiences include understanding business, industry, and technology trends, developing sales strategies, creating business development plans, and leading and directing teams.
She brings these talents to the WITI Atlanta team in her role as Social Media Director.
Eartha holds a B.A. in Speech Communication from Morgan State University. She is extremely passionate about community service and social activism. She serves as a Big Sister with Big Brothers, Big Sisters and is an active member in the AT&T Pioneers, a nationwide volunteer organization. Eartha's approach to life and leadership is simple: Live.. learn.. laugh.. love.

Teanna Alexis began her telecommunications career in 2001, with legacy Ameritech in Cleveland, OH. During her tenure she has held positions in sales, project management, contracting and pricing, and sales operations. In her most current role Teanna supports the National Retail Chanel as a Product Fulfillment Specialist. She is an active member of Women of AT&T and Women of Technology International serving on the board of directors for both organizations. Teanna has a beautiful 2 1/2 year old daughter, Alexis. Teanna resides in Atlanta, Ga.

Kyra Cisero has been a part of the AT&T family for 3 1/2 years. She began her career in advertising solutions, the yellow pages division. She was a directory sales consultant for the North and South Carolina markets. She excelled in this role and was promoted to a recovery specialist where she handled customers that left AT&T's yellow pages. She also was involved in many special projects providing management different ways to increase productivity. Kyra became a member of WOA in 2010. She attended all wine down events to begin building a network. In 2011 Kyra received a position in National Business Markets as a sales consultant. In her current role she works with national accounts in the Midwest to renew contracts of existing services and increase new services. Kyra holds a board position in community network and in addition is a member of oxygen, HACEMOS, and APCA. She is excited to partner and collaborate with Teanna to ensure Programs for WOA Atlanta surpass all expectations.
