Cynthia Coker

Cynthia Coker is the founding owner, president and CEO of Asocia Group, a top-tier information technology consulting and staffing solutions provider to corporations and government agencies throughout the United States. Cynthia oversees the general management of the firm and all division managers. She directs the company's strategy and corporate growth.
The go-to recruiter for high-ranking venture capital firms, Asocia Group also is leading the way in senior-level executive placement in healthcare informatics, advisory boards, medical production, biotech and green technology.Asocia's specialized focus is providing professional services and outsourced solutions in enterprise resource planning, systems integration, e-commerce, software development and engineering. A seasoned veteran of the field, Cynthia offers more than 20 years of experience in the information technology software and consulting industry. Prior to launching Asocia Group in 2006, Cynthia held key positions in sales, alliance and executive management with leading technology companies, including HBO/McKesson, PeopleSoft, Oracle Corporation, Capgemini and Eli Lilly.

Theresa Spralling

Theresa Spralling has been named the new Vice President of Global IT Services for The Advisory Council, (TAC). Spralling, whose career in information technology and telecommunications sales spans over 20 years, will be based out of Atlanta, Georgia. She is responsible for revenue growth and overall business development. Immediately before taking this position Theresa was the Regional Manager of End User Engagement for Lucent Technologies. Prior to that, she served as Sales Director for Avaya, Inc. Theresa's expertise includes executive leadership, business development, team building, mobility, business continuity, convergence, security, state-of-the-art applications development and end-to-end business solutions.

A seasoned veteran in the field, Mindy Berner has over 15 years experience in the Information Technology consulting and staffing industries. Mindy is currently a Senior Manager of Recruiting for AGSI, an Atlanta-based Management and Technology Consulting company.
Her depth of knowledge in IT recruitment includes Business Process Improvement, Change Management, Enterprise Project Management, IT Governance, Application Development and Systems Integration. Mindy's previous experience also includes recruiting in the corporate and government sectors throughout the United States comprising: IT Consulting, Permanent Placement and Executive Search.
Prior to AGSI, Mindy was with Atlantic Partners Corporation, headquartered in NYC, where she was an IT Staffing Manager. Mindy holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida International University and is a native of New York. Mindy has worked with several philanthropic organizations including the Humane Society, Circle of Love and The Children's Place at Home Safe.
