As an Internet visionary, she was the author of two intranet and groupware best sellers, Intranet Business Strategies and Intranet as Groupware (John Wiley & Sons), led the creation a decade ago of J.C. Penney's web site, intranet, and supplier extranet, was the executive in charge of Dell's intranet, and most recently, with Cisco Systems' Internet Business Solutions Practice, served as Trusted Advisor to some of Cisco's largest high tech customers.
In addition to being a wife and mother, she also serves on the Board of Directors of the Leadership Texas Alumni Association, is a member of WITI, the National Speakers Association, and Mended Hearts, and volunteers with the American Heart Association.
