About Our Speaker(s)

Mojgan Lefebvre is Senior VP and Chief Information Officer for Liberty Mutual Commercial Markets, a $7B revenue business unit of Liberty Mutual Insurance. In this role she is a member of the executive committee of the business unit reporting to the President of the unit and a member of the Corporate CIO's leadership organization.

Ms. Lefebvre leads all aspects of technology planning and execution for Commercial Markets. She is accountable for technology strategy planning, business capability delivery, application development and support and all aspects of technology delivery to the Liberty Mutual Commercial Markets group.

Prior to joining Liberty Mutual in 2010, Ms. Lefebvre was Corporate CIO for bioMerieux, a $2B revenue medical device company headquartered in France with business in over 100 countries. Before bioMerieux, she was International CIO for TeleTech Holdings, the second largest global provider of customer management solutions. Ms. Lefebvre has 20 years of proven leadership and entrepreneurial experience in the high tech industry in diverse functions including strategy, business development and information technology.

Mojgan Lefebvre holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Georgia Tech and an MBA from Harvard Business School. She was born in Iran and has lived in Russia, Israel, France and the US.

Martha Heller and her team at Heller Search Associates specialize in recruiting CIOs and other IT executives across multiple industries. Prior to founding Heller Search, Martha was Managing Director of the IT Leadership Practice at ZRG Partners, a global executive search firm.

Before she established her career in executive search, Martha was Founder and Managing Director of CIO magazine's CIO Executive Council, a professional organization for CIOs.
At the Council, Martha developed leadership programs for CIOs and directed the CIO Best Practice Exchange, a members-only network of CIOs from top-tier organizations. During her seven-year tenure at CIO magazine, Martha wrote a weekly column on IT leadership and led a series of executive events on IT staffing, career development, and leadership. Before CIO, Martha was an editor at Rutgers University Press.

Martha continues to engage with CIO audiences. She is CIO magazine's CIO Paradox columnist, author of CIO.com's Movers & Shakers blog and has recently published an article in "The Corporate Board" that addresses the value of CIOs serving on Boards of Directors. She has presented on "the CIO career" at the CIO Executive Summit, MIT's emerging technology conference, SIM, the United Nations Forum on Women and Technology and numerous academic executive programs. Martha is also a judge for CIO magazine's prestigious CIO 100 Awards.

Martha received her B.A. in English from Hamilton College and her M.A. in English from SUNY Stony Brook. Martha lives near Boston with her husband, two children and two dogs.
