WITI and SWE (Society of Women Engineers) would like to invite you to attend the SWE-LA Professional Development Conference: "The Softer Side of Engineering", an annual event focusing on providing needed training for your continuing individual development. This year, the event will have four sessions and a keynote lunch panel on Best Work Practices. This is a great opportunity to learn something about yourself, meet individuals in the technical community, and get involved with SWE or WITI.

During the lunch break, we'll hear real life best practices from a diverse panel of Los Angeles professionals.
