WITI's Technology for Tots Event Returns to Las Vegas!
Join the leading technology organizations in Las Vegas for an industry-wide semi-formal Holiday Gala to network, have fun, AND make the holidays a little brighter for underprivileged kids in Las Vegas.
Tech for Tots brings toys to the US Marines Corp Toys for Tots Foundation toy drive at holiday time. Each person is encouraged to bring an unwrapped toy to this event, and help make the holidays a bit brighter for underprivileged children in the community. The US Marines Corp will take care of toy distributions.
Guest Speaker: Katrina Lane
SVP and CTO, Caesars Entertainment Corp.
Katrina Lane is senior vice president and chief technology officer for Caesars Entertainment Corp., Inc. She is responsible for the company's efforts to create, enhance and utilize technology to drive Caesars Entertainment Corp. business objectives. Specific groups in her area include innovation, gaming, IT development, and IT project management and shared services. She also has responsibility for key initiatives to develop new technical capabilities for Total Rewards as well as all company websites. Prior to becoming CTO, she was VP of channel marketing. In that role, she was responsible for Internet marketing and marketing aspects of websites, mobile marketing, e-care, customer analytics, media planning and teleservices. Prior to joining Caesars Entertainment Corp. in March 2004, she was senior vice president of marketing at After Hours Formalwear, at that time a division of the May Department Stores Company. She also worked in the retail, consumer banking, and credit industries and in online marketing for seven years at McKinsey & Company.
