Cheemin leads the global business consulting group recognized for creating market leaders. She is recognized as a seasoned industry veteran with over 20 years of senior executive experience (including Top Fortune corporate leadership roles as IBM Vice-President and prior Chief Marketing Officer /Chief Revenue Officer at leading midsize firms). In addition, she has also held a variety of operations consultancy roles building portfolio companies focused on value creation. Cheemin has been elected to corporate Board of Director positions since 1997.

Industry experts attribute her continued success to her intense focus on customer advocacy and understanding market dynamics, then quickly identifying and seizing business opportunities which fuel the company's growth. Her track record has earned her recognition amongst various Boards, stockholders, and investors. She is the recipient of the YWCA "Tribute to Women Industry Award", Silicon Valley Business Journal's "Women of Influence Award, and AACI Silicon Valley "Star Award" for her outstanding contribution to technology and leadership in delivering robust growth. She was invited to speak at the United Nations on accelerating business growth.

Cheemin earned her Doctorate Degree focused on "Computer - based Management Information Systems and Organizational Change" from the University of Houston and completed Stanford University's Graduate School of Business Program in Strategy.
