WITI Basic Booth Package $6,000

INCLUDES:

WITI Terms of Sponsorship

• The sponsorship opportunities you selected above will be secured for your organization along with our sincere appreciation for your support of WITI.
• As a Sponsor, you have WITI's permission to add "Proud Sponsor of WITI" logo button (provided by and linked to WITI) on your company website.
• This agreement is irrevocable. All payments are non-refundable. In the event of non-payment, WITI will pursue collection and reserves the right to cancel participation and all agreed upon privileges at the conference.
• You agree that neither you nor any representative of your company will secure space at Conference Hotel for purposes of any hospitality event. Hospitality suites may not be used for private receptions.
• You will receive an invoice for those opportunities you selected. You agree to pay sponsorship and/or exhibitor participation in full within 15 days of submission of completed agreement. Upon full payment, you will receive sponsorship/exhibitor package upon receipt of payment.

LIABILITY
Notwithstanding anything in the Agreement to the contrary, each party will be liable for the negligent or willful acts of omissions of its employees, officers, agents, directors, invitees, contractors, or others acting on its behalf or with its authority, and shall indemnify the other party for any liability arising there from.

RULES AND REGULATIONS
Company agrees to and shall abide by all accompanying exhibit and sponsorship terms, conditions and general regulations, as well as any additional rules and regulations WITI shall publish as it deems necessary or appropriate. All such additional rules and regulations shall be deemed a part of and made enforceable in accordance with these terms and conditions.

PAYMENT TERMS
Contracts submitted to WITI must be signed and filled out with all current contact information. Payment must be paid in full no later then 2 weeks prior to the event.
