Speed Coaching to Maximize Your Unique Value & CIO One-on-One Connections

Thursday, May 8, 2014
5:30 pm - 8:30 pm

For those of you unfamiliar with the ins and outs of speed coaching, picture this: multiple, numerous coaches positioned around a room as you enter. You line up, one at a time through the coaching stations and get ready. On each station, a timer is set for 10 minutes. You simply state a question or issue that you'd like coaching on and your assigned coach will guide you with powerful questions and feedback. It will be an extraordinary WITI event and personal experience.

After one hour of speed coaching, we’ll regroup and listen to a panel of C-level executives to obtain even more career advice and their stories about:

  • What to say and not to say in interviews
  • Ways to illustrate your “brand” values
  • Making a name for yourself and raising your profile
  • What matters most in today’s job market
Whether you’re the new kid on the block, a senior leader, or want to be one someday, you’ll walk away with tips on the best way to get heard, noticed, and get that job you are truly passionate about.
