Kathy Lomax - Network Director
Kathy Lomax is a Vice President within the IT organization of Capital Group Companies since 2000 and has been in IT for 22 years. She's led a variety of teams including Global Desktop/Mobile Engineering, Global Server/Storage Engineering, and currently directs a 300 person Quality Management organization. Prior to joining Capital Group, Kathy served as Administrative Director at Loma Linda University Medical Center managing all aspects of IT Infrastructure & Operations. Kathy is a results driven leader who thrives on building teams and developing talent.

Tammy Hawkins - Regional Alliance Chair
Tammy Hawkins currently holds the position of Vice President, Business Development for Software Management Consultants, Inc., in Orange County, CA. She has been involved in the IT industry for over 25 years, primarily in the IT Staffing and Solutions space. Within a few minutes of speaking with her, you would find that her core motivation for being involved in WiTi, as well as other industry organizations, is simply to assist great individuals in their job search and career objectives. In addition to being part of the core team for WiTi - Orange County, Tammy is the Vendor Chair for SoTeC, a well-known regional technology conference in Southern California. You will see a significant amount of Tammy's time, during business hours and off business hours, is working with the IT community to help with their job searches, refining their resumes, and in providing market intel to them to aid with their career development.

Colleen Kirtland - Public Relations Chair
Colleen Kirtland is passionate about the role of technology in helping to affect positive social change. As technology advances and transforms the way do things, there is also an emerging need to ensure that the power that technology harnesses is not misused, especially given the rapid pace at which change is occurring. Colleen has served in multiple companies across multiple industries both as a leader and individual contributor. She looks forward to helping promote the Witi network and actively bringing women together to dialog about current and socially meaningful technology topics.

Suzy Jarrett - Membership Chair
Suzy Jarrett is a Sr. Account Executive with Software Management Consultants, Inc in Orange County, CA. She has been involved in the IT Staffing and Solutions space for 6+ years working with medium to large size organizations with anything ranging from Consulting, Outsourcing, Recruitment and Project based work. She is also part of the Southland Technology committee, a well-known regional conference held in Southern California. The WITI OC network is one she is passionate about and excited to grow awareness for this network.

Terry Dear - Member at Large
Having graduated from the University of California Irvine with a B.S. in Computer Science and a M.B.A, Terry Dear has spent her entire career in IT. Terry now likes to KISS things. Keep It Simple and Strategic. She has more than 20+ years of 'high-energy', 'hands-on' executive skills in large complex organizations (Fortune 100) and small companies. Terry's goals for the Orange County chapter is to provide 'collective wisdom' mentoring the next generation of women in the workforce (or the 'binder full of women' ) on life-work balance, breaking the glass ceiling, and networking opportunities. Terry is currently Vice President of Software Development at BMS, Inc. in Orange County, Ca.

Jeanine Williams - Member at Large
Jeanine Williams is currently the Assistant Vice President, Shared Business Services for QBE FIRST in Irvine. She has been involved in IT services for over 10 years. Jeanine currently manages Business Analysts and the Software Release process for the Lender Placed insurance product line. She has also developed SLA metrics for her internal customers as well as Executive level reporting of IT projects. Other responsibilities for QBE FIRST have included, developing and managing a new Quality Assurance process and team, and developing and managing an in-depth training program for IT Project Mangers, Business Analysts, Quality Assurance Analysts, and Developers.

Prior to entering the IT space, Jeanine worked in consulting for Booz, Allen & Hamilton as well as a small England-based firm where she specialized in insurance and environmental litigation support issues. Jeanine is a results driven professional who enjoys developing her staff, exceeding client expectations, and implementing process improvements.
