The Tampa Bay technology market is an interesting and dynamic environment where the opportunities to innovate are boundless.

Our goal is to develop WITI Tampa Bay into a group that supports not only the growth of women in the technology field and showcases the technology industry as an interesting and challenging career option for women but to also provide support and guidance to all women in business that are affected by technology.

Robyn Huber
Network Director

Throughout a progressive career in the IT/telecommunications and electronics industries, Robyn Huber leads a tenure of success managing sales, marketing and business strategic/tactical development initiatives driving operational and bottom-line goals in highly competitive markets through field sales/operations management, account development, client and partner services delivery, and process analysis/improvement. Robyn has repeatedly earned a reputation of professionalism as a committed team member with a solid history of strengthening internal relationships and building strong customer alliances. Robyn's key strengths have been recognized and awarded repeatedly throughout her career, most recently as CEDIA's "2011ROI of the Year". Currently, Robyn serves as Vice President of Stram Electronics, Inc. and volunteers as president and as chairman for the strategic planning committee of the 1Voice Foundation, aiding children with cancer and their families. Robyn also sits as the dean of the advisory board for the Luxury Marketing Council, and is an active member of Tampa Bay Leadership. She also resides on the board for Crave as a "Go to Market" advisory partner and will begin serving in January as WITI's 2012 Leadership Council - Elected Network Coordinator, "second-in-command".


Kathleen Long
Assistant Network Director

Kathleen Long is the Director of Web Services at the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida where she oversees the technology that supports the university's web site, portal, mobile application and e-commerce platform. In her role, she works closely with university communications and marketing and spends time engaging users in the requirements gathering process. She is also responsible for the IT department's marketing and communications efforts.

She most recently served as the Media and Web Services Manager for Anne Arundel Community College. Her professional background includes strategy development, project management, writing, graphic design, and information architecture. She has a Bachelor's degree in English from Towson University, Baltimore, MD and a Master of Arts degree in Media Design from the University of Baltimore. She has over 20 years of combined marketing and technology experience in higher education and in the corporate realm. Ms. Long has also served as an adjunct faculty member in both English and Visual Arts.


Judy Matthews Hartig
Program Chair

Judy Hartig has over 20 years experience in IT Management and Project Management. Currently employed by GoldStandard where she is the Implementation Manager for their Drug Database. She is responsible for collaborating with the customers to successfully implement the GS/Elsevier family of products through training or consulting activities.

Prior to joining GoldStandard, Judy worked for Ceridian as their Data Center Manager.

Her early career included stints with various Software firms holding the position of Project Manager.

Judy has a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Elementary Education from the University of Bridgeport, Bridgeport, CT. along with several certificates in Computer programming.

In Addition to WITI membership, Judy volunteers in several local organizations along with her company program


Chériana Griggs
Regional Alliance Chair

Chériana Griggs is Creative Director for YourMembership.com, a software company that develops online member communities and web-based membership management software. She is responsible for enhancing, promoting and upholding the brand image via web and print mediums. Maintaining the corporate website, social media, and supporting the graphical needs of the software are daily tasks. Ms. Griggs works closely with designers, developers and the support team to ensure that customers' design needs are met.

With over eight years of industry experience, Chériana is proficient in various web & print design, image, video and audio editing softwares. She has designed and developed websites utilizing XHTML, PHP, CSS, and built on Joomla! and WordPress platforms. She has produced everything from business cards and large-scale trade show booths to full social media campaigns and worked with freelance clients that range from individuals to large organizations.

A graduate of The University of Tampa, Ms. Griggs holds a B.A. in Electronic Media, Art & Technology with a minor in Advertising & Public Relations. She is a member of the UT Board of Counselors whose mission is to aid in student retention and assist in creating public recognition of understanding of and confidence in the university.


Karen Baglin
Social Media Chair

Karen has extensive business experience in the customer service management, sales and marketing arena having worked at Xerox Corporation and Harris Interactive, among others. She's currently passionate about social media and is seeking a SM marketing position





Jane Barr
Membership Chair

Jane Barr is founder of Kinnexion, LLC, providing leadership and communication coaching to technology professionals and other service providers. For 30 years Jane has consulted with national retailers such as, CVS, GAP, and REI, leading teams of business and technical consultants in successfully completing more than 35 software implementation and process reengineering projects. She knows what it takes to complete a project on time and develop client relationships which allowed her to bring in add-on business worth millions of dollars to the consulting and software companies who employed her.

On the other hand, she also knows exactly what it's like to have great products and services and still not get the project, not get promoted, even to get the boot!

As a leadership coach Jane shares with you what she has learned works and doesn't work. She supports you in enhancing your ability to connect with clients, exceed their expectations and gain their commitment. Jane also provides you with tools to inspire your team to work collaboratively, to take action and get things done. In addition you'll discover ways to work with difficult people, say no without losing trust and think on your feet in any type of situation.

Tracy Bentley Jagiello

Tracy Bentley Jagiello is the IBM Collaboration Solutions Software Technical Sales Manager for the US East Region. She is responsible for managing a team of technical specialists and architects that team with sales specialists and business partners to deliver the business value of IBM Software solutions. Her team focuses on prospecting, managing customer relationships, opportunity identification and progression, presentations, white-boarding, architecture reviews, demos, Proof of Concepts, Proof of Technologies and User Group Meetings. Southeast Territory - Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, Tennessee, and Puerto Rico; Mid-Atlantic Territory - South Carolina, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Washington DC, and Virginia

Since joining IBM in 1999, she has acquired leadership and management skills at various customer engagements with Fortune 500 Companies in the Healthcare, Retail, Banking and Financial industries with a technology focus on Collaboration, Cloud Computing, SaaS, Messaging, SOA, e-Commerce with IBM WebSphere, IBM Lotus and third party software.

Mrs. Bentley Jagiello holds a MBA in International Business from Webster University and a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from University of Tampa Bay. In 2004, she was published as a co-author of IBM Redbook: Deploying a Secure Portal Solution on Linux using WebSphere Portal V5.0.2 and Tivoli Access Manager V5.1. Mrs. Bentley Jagiello is very involved in giving back to her local community. She is an active member of IBM Student Mentoring Program, The Junior League of Clearwater/Dunedin Florida and a fund-raiser for The Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Sun Coast Affiliate.

She has established herself as a Social Media Thought Leader and manages multiple social profiles related to IBM Software, Women in Technology, and Social Media. She is a member of the IBM Social Media Focus Group and IBM Super Women's Group. @tracyebentley


Christina Chewning

Christina Chewning is a Sales Manager for Availity L.L.C. Availity is a Health Information Exchange allowing the exchange of information between healthcare providers, health plans and other healthcare stakeholders via a secure internet-based exchange. She creates partnerships and alliances between Availity and national software vendors, national clearinghouses, and national insurance payers in the healthcare market. Her position includes defining market trends and developing new business opportunities in the healthcare market. She helps analyze business needs, identifies new business development opportunities, and prepares customers and partners for implementation and production within Availity Health Information Exchange. Christina has 8 years of experience within the healthcare information technology industry. She strives to improve the efficiency of healthcare industry.

Before working with Availity she successfully presented and sold healthcare software and hardware systems to Board of Directors, CXO's, Clinical and Financial Management and office staff. She gained an in-depth knowledge of practice management, revenue cycle management workflows, concepts, EDI transactions and clinical workflows. She managed all aspects of the sales, delivery, ongoing support, and training while establishing and growing relationships.

Ms. Chewning has a Bachelor's of Science in Counseling from Trinity College and an Associates Degree in Art from Richland Community College. She is currently a member of the Women's Networking Group at Availity LLC, American Association of Christian Counseling, American Psychological Associations, and the MGMA. She is involved in her community by volunteering with H.O.P.E. Youth Ranch, Tampa Family Resources, and Grace Family Church.


Amber Fleming

Amber Fleming has over 18 years experience in the Telecommunications/IT Industry with several Fortune 500 companies. Positions ranging from hands on Technical positions, Project Management to Business Development.

Currently employed by Sago Networks where she is a Business Development Manager for their Data Center here in Tampa Bay and surrounding areas in Florida. She is responsible for driving new business, working directly with Engineering and the NOC to ensure customers are turned up, and managing current accounts.

Prior to joining Sago Networks, Amber worked for Technisource & Veredus Corporation in the Technical Staffing & Recruiting industry. With 15 of her years being in the Telecom/IT industry she is glad to be back in the Industry she loves.

Amber has an Associates of Science in Networking Service Technology and plans to work towards her Bachelors of Science in Information Technology.

In Addition to the WITI membership, she is also a member of TBTF and volunteers for several other local organizations.
