Today's business professional must be proficient in a multitude of competencies, which focus on the personal, business, social and cultural components of global leadership. Having both the knowledge and the confidence to communicate across and between these platforms creates value for the organization and the people involved. In this webinar, you will learn how to assess, appreciate and communicate more effectively using a "coach approach." This will benefit business leaders, managers, senior-level executives, Human Resource professionals, small business entrepreneurs, and career-track individuals.
Barbara Russo is an Executive/Organizational/Life Coach, trained and certified through New York University's School of Continuing Professional Studies, and she serves as an adjunct faculty member in the NYU-SCPS Coaching Program and The Berkeley Extension, Business and Management Department. Barbara is certified through the International Coach Federation and holds additional certifications, including SDI - Strength Development Inventory and Power Coaching. She is a facilitator, moderator, workshop and teleconference leader, coach, coach-trainer and presenter, focusing on career transition and leadership development.
As a former Executive Vice-President of a national, New York-based personnel staffing firm and also as an entrepreneur, Barbara combines the synergy of these roles and the breadth of her professional and personal experience to support and facilitate executives, career professionals, entrepreneurs, individuals, teams and organizations across the country through successful strategic transition and growth.
