Presenter: Denise Hucke, ADP’s VP of Global Technology Security Services

In this power-packed webinar, Denise will discuss how she found her way from the IT field to her current role in CyberSecurity. She was recruited into her first security job to help build an Information Security Program with less than five direct reports. Today, she oversees a global team of 80 Information Security Professionals - including ethical hackers, static code analysts, data scientists, security engineers/operations, vulnerability management and a fraud monitoring team. Her teams have spanned the globe - including Canada, Brussels, Singapore, India, Philippines and the US. She will speak to her experiences working with different cultures as a woman in a field dominated by men.

Learn how Denise developed security programs utilizing metrics to help obtain limited resources and funds, while leveraging the trends in Social Media, Mobility, Cloud Computing and Big Data to engage the business. She will also speak to the importance of building your networks - inside and outside of your company while also ensuring a positive balance of work, personal life and family.

Denise Hucke, CISSP, is the VP of Global Technology Security Services for ADP, where she provides leadership and security direction for managing ADP's global information, data and infrastructure protection organization in all areas of Information Security and Cyber Protection. She is accountable for the global corporate technical security strategy which includes the Advanced Threat Monitoring Services - including Critical Incidence Response Center and Fraud Monitoring, the Security Engineering and Operations, Vulnerability Management, Penetration and Static Code Analysis Teams. Her programs and team have been recognized as the North America Project Award Winner 2012 by ISE and as the Award 2013 for the Trusted Platform Security Initiative by CSO40.

Ms. Hucke previously held an executive security management role at Merck Pharmaceuticals and was appointed by the Executive Committee to participate on the corporation's multi-billion dollar merger with Schering-Plough. She spent 16+ years in several roles overseeing the worldwide security programs for GRC, Risk Management, Compliance, Incident Response, Engineering/Operations, Vulnerability Management, Corporate Policy, the Security Education and Awareness Program for Merck before moving to ADP.

Ms. Hucke is active in multiple industry consortiums and has been a speaker at RSA, the Executive Women’s Forum, ISSA, Cloud Security Alliance, ICS2, ASIS and ISE. Denise holds a Masters in Telecommunication Management from Stevens Institute of Technology, a BS in Economics from Rutgers University, CISSP, GIAC for Incident Handling, and ITIL Certification v.3 for Foundation Management. Her mission and dedication span globally and has been recognized by her peers with several Leadership and Achievement Awards.
