Tracy Bentley Jagiello
Regional Director
Tracy Bentley Jagiello is a Senior IT Specialist for the IBM Software Group and works with the WebSphere Southeast Team. She is responsible for leading the effort of defining, architecting, developing and implementing customized demos, Proof of Concepts and Proof of Technologies, which supports the pre-sale and post-sale activities for the IBM WebSphere Brand.
Since joining IBM in 1999, she has acquired knowledge and leadership skills in many different industries through various customer engagements with Fortune 500 Companies. Her experiences include project management, team leadership, conducting meetings and presentations, interviewing, recommending and buying new software, hardware and services with a focus on e-business and SOA implementations with IBM WebSphere, IBM Lotus and third party software.
Mrs. Bentley Jagiello holds a MBA in International Business from Webster University and a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from University of Central Florida. In 2004, Mrs. Bentley Jagiello was published as a co-author of Redbook: Deploying a Secure Portal Solution on Linux using WebSphere Portal V5.0.2 and Tivoli Access Manager V5.1. Also, Mrs. Bentley Jagiello is very involved in giving back to her local community. She is an active member of The Junior League of Clearwater/Dunedin Florida and a fund-raiser for The Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Sun Coast Affiliate.
Tracey Megerle
Network Coordinator
Tracey Megerle has 15 years of experience selling technology and consulting services to a variety of industries, partners, business leaders and technology executives. Currently she is employed as a Senior Account Executive at Softchoice Optimus Solutions, a technology consulting firm and Microsoft's largest LAR (Large Account Reseller). In this role her responsibility is to build a new territory and execute a marketing plan across numerous vendors such as Microsoft, IBM, HP, VMware, Data Domain and Cisco. She joins Softchoice after 4 years with the IBM Software Group as a Senior Software Sales Specialist in the Central Florida and Great Lakes regions. While at IBM, she achieved President Club as well as numerous regional kudos as well as monetary awards for key competitive and strategic wins. Prior to IBM, she was employed in the IBM Partner Community and several consulting firms. She knows how to get results by sticking to her passion, which is helping her clients recognize and achieve their strategic goals, one project at a time.
Mrs. Megerle earned her BS in Education with minors in History and Political Science from Miami University of Ohio and Associates in Arts from Bay Path College. She enjoys staying on top of new technology and watching the impact it has on our lives and our social interaction. Mrs. Megerle also enjoys spending time with her husband of 13 years, Clark and two daughters, Eleanor and Evelyn. Her hobbies include reading, hiking, and exploring new destinations. She is active in her church and participates on the formation committee of Christ renews his parish Ministry.
Christina Mielke
Program Chair
Christina Mielke is a Sales Manager for Availity L.L.C. Availity is a Health Information Exchange allowing the exchange of information between healthcare providers, health plans and other healthcare stakeholders via a secure internet-based exchange. She creates partnerships and alliances between Availity and national software vendors, national clearinghouses, and national insurance payers in the healthcare market. Her position includes defining market trends and developing new business opportunities in the healthcare market. She helps analyze business needs, identifies new business development opportunities, and prepares customers and partners for implementation and production within Availity Health Information Exchange. Christina has 8 years of experience within the healthcare information technology industry. She strives to improve the efficiency of healthcare industry.
Before working with Availity she successfully presented and sold healthcare software and hardware systems to Board of Directors, CXO's, Clinical and Financial Management and office staff. She gained an in-depth knowledge of practice management, revenue cycle management workflows, concepts, EDI transactions and clinical workflows. She managed all aspects of the sales, delivery, ongoing support, and training while establishing and growing relationships.
Ms. Mielke has a Bachelor's of Science in Counseling from Trinity College and an Associates Degree in Art from Richland Community College. She is currently a member of the Women's Networking Group at Availity LLC, American Association of Christian Counseling, American Psychological Associations, and the MGMA. She is involved in her community by volunteering with H.O.P.E. Youth Ranch, Tampa Family Resources, and Grace Family Church.
Nancy McCall
Regional Alliance Co-Chair
Nancy McCall has over 20 years experience in software engineering, working with mainframe, desktop, web, and client/server technologies. Employed by Bentley Systems, Inc., since 1993, Nancy has contributed to the company's flagship CAD platform, MicroStation, and its engineering team collaboration system, ProjectWise. Prior to joining Bentley, Nancy worked for Intergraph Corporation in software development, developer support, and as MicroStation Liaison to the Intergraph application groups. Her early career included stints with Computer Sciences Corporation and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, working on various technology projects. Nancy holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Alabama in Huntsville.
In addition to WITI membership, Nancy has volunteered through the Breast Cancer 3-Day, AIDS Walk Atlanta, and Absolutely Positive, Inc. of Roswell, GA. She is a member of The Herb Society of America, and is a past co-chair of its Chattahoochee Unit in Atlanta, GA.
Linda Moore
Advisor Chair
Linda Moore is part of the Information Technology senior management team for Seminole County Government. She is responsible for all activities within the Enterprise Software Division including Application Development, Architectural Design, Geographic Information System (GIS), Quality Assurance, Training, and Support. Her team provides client-server and web applications to the employees and residents of the county.
Since joining the county in the fall of 2007, Mrs. Moore has incorporated service oriented architecture (SOA), development methodologies, and a software portfolio that includes both custom and packaged applications that employ cutting edge technologies and practices. Her vast experiences vary from executive management responsibilities to software development and application deployment. She also has extensive experience in network infrastructure design and administration, project management, vendor and contract management, team leadership and staff development.
Mrs. Moore holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from Barry University. She is also the Chairperson of the Technical Committee for the Florida Benchmarking Consortium, an intra-state collaboration of Florida local governments seeking to improve service delivery efficiency through performance measurement and benchmarking. She is happily married to Brian and a proud mother of Garrett, Hunter, and a quarter horse named Ben.
