Ms. Blanchard concentrates in the areas of intellectual property and technology. She has counseled clients on issues relating to trademark and copyright prosecution and protection, trade secrets, and unfair competition. She regularly handles transactional matters relating to the licensing, sale, acquisition and development of intellectual property. Ms. Blanchard advises clients on conducting sweepstakes and reviews a variety of advertising and promotional materials. She has handled software license, maintenance and development deals, joint venture agreements as well as various Internet related agreements.
Ms. Blanchard is a member of the Intellectual Property and Technology Group.
