While the opportunity for careers in Information Technology is growing dramatically, the number of women choosing to enter our field continues to shrink. A well-known study labeled this "The Leaky Pipe Syndrome." Research has shown that businesses which embrace a diverse workforce that includes a significant percentage of women in leadership are more profitable. This panel will explore the broad range of career opportunities woman have in IT today, why the gap is still significant, and what we can do to effect change.
