Lynn Witham is an international business consultant and President of Witham & Associates, with over 23 years of experience working in the Pacific Rim, the Middle East, Europe, North America and Latin America. She specializes in the design and delivery of training, consulting and research tailored to the specific business challenges of MNCs and organizations working across cultures.
Ms. Witham has worked with over 90 multinational corporations and has served as the Crosscultural Consultant for the Medical Operations Team that is responsible for investigation of psychological issues on the International Space Station. Since 1993, she has led a team of intercultural specialists in conducting crosscultural training and consulting for NASA for the US and International Partner Astronauts and support personnel. Her specialties include global team development; management training and coaching; change and transition management; and selection, preparation and coaching of expats.
