All press and media representatives who plan to attend the conference should contact us in order to register. If you have not pre-registered, then you may register at the main Registration area at the conference. You will be required to show identification and credentials at the Registration Desk.
The Conference will feature a room for the press and speakers with snacks, Internet access, phones and dial-out connections. This room will be restricted to press and speaker only access. Press kits will also be housed here. Exhibitors may leave messages for the press with the pressroom attendant.
The pressroom should not be considered a secure area to leave personal items during the show. While staff will be available to monitor the room and provide assistance, they are not responsible for securing personal items left in the room.
Exhibitors are invited to bring press kits to the Conference. We recommend exhibitors deliver 25 kits and keep extras at the booth. Press kits can be delivered to the pressroom Attendant. At the end of the conference, all remaining materials must be picked up from the pressroom. Any items remaining will be recycled.
