How Much is Enough
What if you changed your perspective on "enough" and started focusing on the sufficiency you already have right now? Did you buy groceries this week? Is there gas in the car? Do the children have clothing? Will there be another paycheck or even a better career opportunity in the future? It is that simple to change your internal conversation (mind talk) from moaning about what you don't have to being grateful for what you do have and will continue to have in your life. The very next time you find yourself buying into negative self-talk, step outside into an open green place in nature. Look at the abundance of trees, wildlife, grass, flowers etc. Smell the fresh air and give yourself a moment or two to reflect on the abundance of nature. Give thanks for all you have. Make a practice of keeping a GRATITUDE JOURNAL in which you record each day the wonders and gifts of abundance that are yours right now. You will be amazed at the change in your attitude and the changes in your wealth potential.

Maybe you've heard people complain about not having enough money? Maybe you've even done it a few times yourself? Is your first reaction to hearing the cost of something you want automatically "I can't afford it" or "That's too much money?" This nasty habit sends a powerful message to your subconscious mind. The subconscious mind is the part of your mind that responds immediately to your deepest thoughts. The problem with affirming "not enough" is you get is exactly what you are affirming.
