About Our Speaker(s)

Delaney Bellinger, CIO of Yum Brands:

Delaney Bellinger is Chief Information Officer for YUM! Brands, Inc., formally Tricon Global Restaurants. YUM! Brands, Inc., a Fortune 300 company, operates KFC, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, Long John Silvers and A&W restaurants worldwide. Based in Louisville, Kentucky, YUM! Brands is the world’s largest quick-serve restaurant company in terms of system units — more than 30,000 restaurants around the world in more than 100 countries and territories. YUM! Brands’ KFC, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell and Long John Silvers are global leaders of their respective restaurant categories.

Ms. Bellinger joined PepsiCo in 1996 as Director of Shared Computer Services. After the spin-off of the restaurants, Ms. Bellinger transitioned to Tricon Global Restaurants and held the positions of Vice President, RIS Planning, leading the Year 2000 project, and Vice President of the Program Management Office, responsible for developing YUM!’s eBusiness strategy and managing the implementation plan.

Prior to joining YUM! Brands, Ms. Bellinger held technical development, account management, as well as sales and consulting positions during her 13-year career with EDS. Industry sectors included automobile manufacturing and later the EDS Food and Consumer Packaged Goods Division. Delaney holds a B.E. in Civil Engineering from Vanderbilt University and is a graduate of EDS’ Manufacturing Professional Development Program.

Ms. Bellinger has served on the Board of Directors for the Women’s Foodservice Forum, and she is a member of the National Retail Federation Chief Information Officers Board.

Twila Day, CIO of SYSCO Corporation:

Twila Day was named Vice President, CIO for SYSCO Corporation, the largest North American foodservice marketing and distribution organization in December 2005. Currently, she is co-leading an enterprise wide business transformation review project. Previously, she was intimately involved with SYSCO’s in-house developed multi-million dollar ERP project. Twila received the 2003 Leadership in Technology Award from the Association of Women in Computing and in 2008 Techxans’

She is a board member of CIO Executive Council, Governing Body Vice Chair for the CIO Executive Summit, member of Tuck School of Dartmouth Leadership Roundtable, on the IBM Power Systems Board of Advisors, member of Association for Women in Computing (AWC), member of Women in Technology Industries (WITI), and a member of Women in Foodservice Forum (WFF).
