Neena Newberry has been coaching and advising executives and managers in midsized to Fortune 500 companies for over seventeen years. Through her coaching and consulting practice she helps organizations strengthen and grow their pipeline of leaders through executive coaching, development programs and workshops. Neena specializes in coaching high performing women managers and leaders in two-career families.

Ms. Newberry’s approach is rooted in a strong business, HR, and coaching background. She has an MBA from the University of Texas, over ten years of management consulting experience with Deloitte, and four years of experience as an HR executive. She is a certified coach through the International Coach Federation and the College of Executive Coaching and has her Professional in Human Resources certification.
