French Cuff Boutique founder Kairy-tate Barkley brings a unique perspective to Houston fashion. Before opening French Cuff Boutique, Kairy-tate held human resources leadership roles with two Houston-based Fortune 500 companies. Her experience has allowed her to develop an instinct for understanding people’s needs and building on their strengths. Through the creation of French Cuff Boutique, she is coupling the skills set she honed in the corporate environment with her exceptional sense of fashion, style and poise to create a special shopping experience.
Kairy-tate is highly regarded for her relaxed and friendly interpersonal style. With French Cuff Boutique she has created a comfortable environment that is keenly focused on the individual needs of each of her customers. Her clients enjoy a custom shopping experience combined with expert wardrobe consultation to help them achieve a fashionable balance within a multifaceted life.
A native of Houston, Kairy-tate attended the University of Houston, earning a dual Bachelor of Business Degree in Marketing and Management. In addition to her corporate experience in human resources, she has also held positions in the areas of community relations and retail fashion.
