To encourage diverse leadership styles that drive business results, we advocate for internal organizations like IWIN, a grassroots, women-led organization that creates leadership, mentoring, and networking opportunities for all employees.
We demonstrate our commitment to fostering a culture of diversity and inclusion throughout our people practices, outreach and support of our people. For example, in 2011 we trained 400 leaders in the art of managing inclusion. Our leaders are focused on creating inclusive environments where all are welcomed, individual points of view are heard and contributions valued.
Our commitment doesn't stop there. We also sponsor partnerships and encourage our people to get involved with organizations like National Society of Black Engineers, Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers, Women in Technology International and GettingHired.
