Cathie Kozik is a seasoned leader who believes that success comes from delivering strong results with a great team. She has spent her career building high performing teams in information technology, customer service, and engineering in the telecommunications, public safety and transportation industries. Ms Kozik joined PSAV in January of this year as Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Senior Vice President. As CIO, Cathie is responsible for ensuring that PSAV has the information solutions needed to improve PSAV's effectiveness and efficiency in delivering services to our customers around the globe

David Nichols is a Principal and member of the Executive Committee in the Advisory Services practice of Ernst & Young LLP (EY). He is the Americas Inorganic Growth Leader, focused on driving new growth opportunities in Advisory through acquisitions, innovation and alliances with key external companies.

David previously served as EY's IT and Digital Transformation Leader for the Americas, where he helped clients adopt technology and digital solutions into all aspects of their business strategy, operations and workforce. In this role, his primary focus was supporting senior executives to help bridge the gap between business and IT by providing solutions in the areas of Strategic Technology, Technology Management Services, Security, Enterprise Architecture Services and Technology Infrastructure Services.

Marian Cook is currently the head of the IT Strategy and Solutions group for a midmarket healthcare market leader of products, services and education for the pathology market. A former Network Director for WITI Chicago, Ms. Cook's leadership has been recognized by "The Influential Woman in Business Award" presented by NAWBO and The Business Ledger, one of the "The Top 100 People of Chicago's High Tech Community" by I-Street magazine, and a "Woman in Black" Award winner for leadership in the business and technology community.

Jasmine Shaw is a Manager in EY’s IT Advisory practice. Jasmine has dedicated her career to supporting clients through transformational initiatives primarily centered on finance processes and enabling technologies. As an up-and-coming minority leader in an ever evolving industry, IT consulting, Jasmine takes interest both in understanding the changing IT landscape and gaining insight on how executives in the industry who do not fit the typical mold arrived and advanced as IT professionals. This dual focus on the changing face of IT and of IT professionals will undoubtedly be reflected in the panel discussion with Jasmine at the helm as the moderator.

Colleen Pietrobono is a Principal in EY’s Technology Enablement practice specializing in the deployment of Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions. She has over 25 years experience assisting clients with process improvement and systems integration for the office of the CFO. Prior to EY, was a Partner at ISA Consulting, a systems integration firm serving Fortune 1000 clients with innovative programs in Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence and EPM domains.

Colleen holds a BS degree in Accounting and Computer Systems Management from Drexel University.

Nicole Toth is an Account Executive at Optomi, an IT staffing firm with a unique approach. By utilizing innovative technologies and developing industry leading recruitment processes, we are able to deploy the best project managers, business analysts and technologists in the ever evolving spaces of mobile technology, network design, cloud and application development.

Nicole is an accomplished sales and account management professional. Proven success in business development, account management and building strong relationships with executives of small to large accounts. Skilled in identifying and attracting quality talent in the market and provide successful outcomes by procuring top IT talent to help support a companies growth.
