Shavonne joined Capital One in 2001 where she has held roles in the Information Technology department as a Business Systems Analyst, Project Manager, and Technical Lead before moving to Operations. In Operations, Shavonne created and managed a Project Management Office and the daily operations of our Prepaid and Affinities businesses before joining Bank Operations as a Chief of Staff. Shavonne has also been a program manager and Agile Portfolio Coach for our Digital IT �" now Card IT organization, working to deliver critical projects to further Capital One’s Digital agenda.

Shavonne joined HR-Recruiting in November of 2014 after years of partnering with the organization to follow her passion for recruiting great talent to Capital One. She is now the Director of Diversity Recruiting, responsible for recruiting top diverse talent into the company.

In 2009, Shavonne was featured in Working Mother magazine where she discussed some of the great benefits Capital One offers to working mothers. For 6 consecutive years, Capital One has been recognized by Working Mother Magazine as one of the “Best 100 Companies for Working Mothers.” Shavonne is a graduate of the University of Virginia and holds a degree in Systems Engineering.

Chandra joined Capital One in December 1998 in the Information Technology department for the Auto Finance division where she was responsible for technology delivery, project management and architecture.

Today, as Senior Vice President and Divisional Chief Information Officer for Capital One’s Financial Services Division, Chandra and her team are responsible for supercharging the Auto and Home Loans businesses through the use of technology. They’re on a quest to transform the way auto and home financing occur through both a data and digital transformation. In addition, Chandra is responsible for leading the division’s digital transformation as a whole. Leading her team with a forward looking approach has led to industry recognition including being honored with a CIO “Ones to Watch” award for 2014.

Chandra obtained her first MBA in Marketing and Finance while in India and her second MBA in Information Systems from the University of Texas at Arlington.
