Rebecca McFarland has worked in software development for over 20 years. She currently works at FPI in Agawam, MA as a manager and full-stack developer in the finance industry. She has previously worked on software in both the travel and educational industries. She holds a BSCSE from University of Massachusetts.




Charlotte Skawski is a customer focused IT Executive who works with technology organizations to drive efficiencies and create business focused outcomes. Charlotte worked at The Hartford for over 30 years, she started as a COBOL developer, worked at several technology and business roles mostly in the financial and corporate technology space. She acted as Delivery Lead during their Finance Transformation project. She then set up a led an account team, rolling out infrastructure as a service and creating a partnership between teams. Charlotte currently heads the Corporate and Enterprise Support team for Mass Mutual. Charlotte holds a BS in finance from the University of Connecticut.

Marie L. Clark is an expert in the intersection between human capital and the rapidly maturing field of data and analytics. Through consulting, speaking and teaching, Marie helps clients position themselves to succeed in the Digital Age. Her mission is to teach "Everyone" to be vastly more effective using data to solve problems and identify opportunities.

As founder of Ambient Intelligence, the Ambient Institute, and the Ambient Consortium, Marie is passionate about the value of data-driven innovation. She and her team work with clients of all sizes and in all phases of maturity. From Fortune 50 companies in Financial Services, Healthcare and Insurance; to small and medium-size businesses in an array of industries.

Marie is a member of the Expert Network at Tom Davenport's International Institute for Analytics, a founding member of Howard Dresner's Real Business Intelligence Community and a member of the Association of Professional Futurists.

Together, her background and experience make her uniquely qualified to lead the data literacy movement and the transformation of analytic professionals.
