The METALX Hike is OPEN TO ALL. Feel free to bring yourself, your family, your spouse, your hiking enthusiast friends (METAL and Non-METAL), prospective members and (sometimes!) your dogs ARE ALL WELCOME!

About the Location: We don’t have time to do the entire trail so we will hike for 60 minutes and then return. There is no shade on the trail. Bring water.
Explore this 11.6-mile out-and-back trail near Malibu, California. Generally considered a moderately challenging route, it takes an average of 6 h 8 min to complete. This is a popular trail for birding, hiking, and mountain biking, but you can still enjoy some solitude during quieter times of day. You'll need to leave pups at home - dogs aren't allowed on this trail.
Parking is on the road leading to the trailhead. (Puerco Canyon Rd).
This is NOT a dog friendly hike.
