“Facing the Challenges of Corporate Privacy Issues” Ms. Zentz-Zager is proficient in e-business strategic planning, design and implementation, developing innovative business solutions and business transformation and has led initiatives to develop and implement electronic business and information solutions for the consumer packaged goods, financial, marketing and insurance industries, including compliance projects in e-HR, CRM and HIPAA initiatives for both domestic and international clients.
Afternoon Keynote - Susan Parks, Gateway Senior Vice President, U.S. Markets
“Rolling With the Punches”: Restructuring and Insight Into Change Management.” Ms. Parks is responsible for driving Gateway’s local markets strategy, including all go-to-market activities designed to reach Gateway's core target markets of consumer, small and medium business (SMB), government and education. Parks has led Gateway to significant market share growth in the company's core SMB, government and education markets. Prior to joining Gateway, Parks was a senior vice president at Qwest, joining the company through its merger with U.S. West.
