Jin joined OpenTable in September 2017 as Global Director of Talent Acquisition. She was most recently with Rally Health, a mission-driven, high growth healthcare technology platform where she built and scaled the company's talent acquisition capabilities. Prior to Rally, she worked at Workday in both talent acquisition and program management roles, ushering in large scale change to help the company grow at a rapid pace.
Her commitment to data, process, continuous improvement, and growth mindset have allowed her to align a series of priorities at Opentable including:
- Creating a recruiting process that concretely impacts OpenTable's ability to continuously improve the diversity of our workforce
- Leveraging technology and data to increase efficiency, diversity and ultimately reduce time to hire while increasing the quality of OpenTable hires
Maira Benjamin

Maira Benjamin has over three decades of experience in the realm of software development. She's worked in different industries: Digital Imaging, Databases, Insurance, Finance, Travel, Social Networking, and Music. She's held a variety of positions with different focus areas of Technical Support, Maintenance, New Development, Consulting, and Management. Currently, she is the Director of Music Engineering at Pandora. She's written a technical book titled, "C++ and Corba Programming." She is a published lyricist and a classical pianist. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Statistics from U.C. Berkeley and a Master of Arts in Liberal Studies from Mills College in Oakland. One of her ultimate goals is to publish one of the five novels that she has written.

Lucia leads The People Team at Patreon, a diverse group of Facilities, HR, Recruiting, IT and Administrative professionals. Before joining Patreon, she worked in various roles across HR. She's been the Chief of Staff to the Head of HR of a 10k + employee organization. She's also worked as an HR Business Partner, led predictive analytics for performance and retention and lad global employee engagement in past roles. Before going in to industry, she researched organizational and power dynamics at Stanford Graduate School of Business, where she earned a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior.
Susan Biancani

Susan leads Airbnb's People Analytics team. She joined Airbnb 3 years ago as the first data scientist focusing on people data, and has built the current team of 5 data scientists and researchers. Susan holds a Phd in Organizational Sociology from Stanford, as well as an MS in Computer Science with focus on Artificial Intelligence, also from Stanford.
Elaine Zhou

Elaine Zhou is the Senior Vice President of Engineering leading a team of machine learning engineers and software engineers at Captricity, an AI startup reinventing how raw information becomes discoverable big data for the rest of the world. Previously, Elaine was the SVP of Development overseeing engineering and product development at Clean Power Finance, a solar financing company. Before joining CPF, Elaine was Head of Engineering at Ask Partner Network, VP of Product Development and Technical Operations at PlanetOut, Inc. Elaine's 20+ years of experience includes software application design and development, system infrastructure (DevOps) implementation, product development and process improvement with specific emphasis on the technical and process choices that enable scale. Elaine received her B.S. in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from UC Berkeley.
