Lilly Chung is the lead partner for many of Deloitte’s most strategic global high-tech clients. She also leads the China Strategic Relationship Management program through which she helps Chinese and American companies to do business globally. Lilly has more than 30 years of experience in the high-technology industry.

Lilly has significant experience in helping companies with business process reengineering, IT implementation, organizational effectiveness, merger integration and go-to-market alliances. She has worked with the management teams of many of the worlds’ largest and most successful companies, including Apple, Applied Materials, Nvidia, Solectron, Cisco, HP, Charles Schwab, Siemens, Huawei, Tencent, and Lenovo. Her work was written up in Fortune magazine and SF Chronicle for the results achieved for her clients.

Lilly was the leader of the Semiconductor Affinity Group, China Gateway Initiative, and Deloitte’s Women’s Initiative in the Northern Pacific region. She serves as an advisory partner for Deloitte University and a nominating committee member for the board of Deloitte.

Lilly started her career as a semiconductor design engineer for Fairchild Semiconductors and Xerox in Palo Alto. She was promoted to work in the Strategic Business Office at Xerox responsible for strategic product planning and technology transfer. Lilly was also the founder and CEO of Pictron, a video search software company with major Fortune 500 customers. Lilly also worked at TA Associates, one of the most experienced private equity firm in Boston.

Lilly is the global Chair of Monte Jade Science & Technology Association, a global organization with 15 chapters in US, Taiwan, and Greater China. MJ Global’s objective is to promote cooperation and mutual flow of technology and investments. Catherine P. Lego - Panelist
Founder, Lego Ventures

Catherine P. Lego is the founder of Lego Ventures LLC, a consulting services firm for early stage technology companies, formed in 1992. From December 1999 to December 2009, she was the General Partner of The Photonics Fund, LLP, an early stage venture capital investment firm focused on investing in components, modules and systems companies for the fiber optics telecommunications market, which she founded. Ms. Lego was a general partner at Oak Investment Partners, a venture capital firm, from 1981 to 1992. Prior to Oak Investment Partners, she practiced as a Certified Public Accountant with Coopers & Lybrand, an accounting firm.
Ms. Lego has served as a member of the board of directors and as the chair of the audit committee of SanDisk Corporation, a global developer of flash memory storage solutions, since 2004 and was a director there from 1989 to 2002. Since 2006 she has been a member of the board of Lam Research a leading semiconductor equipment provider. She is currently is a member of its nominating and governance and audit committees and was chair of the audit committee from 2009-2014. In August, 2013 she joined the board of Fairchild Semiconductor, a fabricator of power management devices and sits on its nominating and governance and compensation committees. She also currently serves on the NACD Audit Committee Chair Advisory Council.
She has previously served on the board of directors of the following public companies: ETEC Corporation, a producer of electron beam lithography tools, from 1991 through 1997; Uniphase Corporation (presently JDS Uniphase Corporation), a designer and manufacturer of components and modules for the fiber optic based telecommunications industry and laser-based semiconductor defect examination and analysis equipment, from 1994 until 1999, when it merged with JDS-Fitel; WJ Communications, Inc., a broadband communications company, from October 2004 to May 2008 when it was sold to Triquint; MicroLinear, a fabless analog semiconductor company in the early 90s and Zitel Corporation, an information technology company, from 1995 to 2000. May Su is currently Vice President of Strategic Marketing for Brooks Automation, responsible for long-term growth and market leadership. Ms. Su has over 30 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, including 13 years at Lam Research and 10 years at KLA-Tencor. She has held positions of increasing responsibility, including VP/GM at Crossing Automation and Aviza Technology, Vice President of Corporate Marketing at KLA-Tencor, President of US and European Operations at Nova Instruments, and Product General Manager at Lam Research.

Ms. Su started her career in equipment design, manufacturing, and engineering management. In 1990, as Taiwan and Korea started to gain importance as semiconductor device fabrication regions, Ms. Su leveraged her bi-lingual skills and shifted her focus to sales and marketing by taking on the role of Strategic Sales Manager for Asia at Lam Research. Since that time, Ms. Su has continuously gained greater international experience, traveling extensively throughout the world in her professional capacity. Ms. Su holds a BSME from Cornell University, MSME from UC Berkeley, and an MBA from Santa Clara University.
