Jan Holloway is Chief Information Officer of Monsanto Company, responsible for creating and executing information technology strategies required to grow Monsanto's agriculture businesses worldwide. She is a sixteen-year veteran of Monsanto. She also served six years as a Staff Research Associate at Washington University's Center for Air Pollution Impact and Trend Analysis. Jan holds a Bachelors of Science in Mathematics from Augusta College and a Masters of Science in Computer Science from Washington University

Lina Young is Vice President of Information Services for Peabody Group, responsible for all information technology initiatives through Peabody’s North American operations. She is a eight year veteran of Peabody Group. She also served eight years in technology management with Southwestern Bell Telephone and Technology Resources. Lina holds a Masters in Telecommunications from Washington University, a Masters in Information Management from Washington University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Tulane School of Engineering.
