Randy D. Bishop Founder and CEO of Black Sail, Ltd., a cybersecurity and S2M business development consultant firm. Black Sail advises a number of small and medium businesses endeavoring to do business with the Federal government in the cybersecurity realm.

Prior to Black Sail, Mr. Bishop was the Chief Marketing Officer of Kingfisher Systems, driving business strategy and customer and strategic mission support supporting information technology and cyber operations, intelligence and counterintelligence activities for government and military activities. This includes directing business development and capture operations, as well as oversight of service delivery across all areas of the company’s operations. He helped lead the immense growth of the company helping increase revenue year over year since 2006.

Mr. Bishop also served as Director of Transformation and Experimentation at the DoD Counterintelligence Field Activity where he was responsible for designing and leading all efforts associated with the 21st Century transformation of DoD’s counterintelligence community.

Before joining the Counterintelligence Field Activity, Mr. Bishop spent nearly twenty years with the Air Force Office of Special Investigations in a number of positions, both as an active duty and reserve Special Agent. Mr. Bishop led myriad technical support operations in support of fraud, criminal, narcotic, and counterintelligence investigations, and became a computer crime investigator, becoming certified in many esoteric areas of computer media forensics and network intrusion investigations.

David Spire has spent more than 15 years in areas of Finance, Sales & Marketing, and Operational Efficiency.

A recipient of the Gulf Coast Business Review's "40 Under 40 Award," Spire holds Microsoft Small Business Specialist, Microsoft Corporate Licensing Specialist, Microsoft Educational Licensing Specialist and Master Certified SonicWALL Security Sales Specialist certifications. Most recently, Spire himself was named to the SMB 150, a listing of the top 150 worldwide SMB IT channel influencers and Entech was listed in the 2013 MSPmentor 100 Small Business Edition, the 2013, 2014, and 215 MSPmentor 501 Global Edition, the 2013, 2014, and 2015 CRN Next-Gen 250, 2014 Gulfshore Business Best of Business and the Tampa Bay Business Journal's List of the Top 25 Largest Managed IT Service Providers.

Prior to his role with Entech, Spire served as President & CEO of United Systems Computer Group for over a decade managing it's explosive growth as a preeminent Managed Service provider on the gulf coast, before merging with Entech in the spring of 2015.

Spire graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science degree and holds a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Webster University.

Outside of the office, Spire enjoys spending time with his ten-year-old son, Gabriel, riding his Harley and rolling sushi.

Robert Guinn joined WellCare Health Plans, Inc. in March 2015 as Head of IT Security. Robert has more than 25 years of experience in technology positions. Most recently he worked at Syniverse in Tampa as CISO, Prior to that he was with ING where he was VP Information Risk Management. Prior to that, he was Director for Comm works, subsidiary 3COM.

Robert has bachelor's degrees in electronic engineering and computer sciences from Purdue University.
