Join us for this unique opportunity to meet leaders in the IT field. This dynamic event will include a brief introduction by three women who have achieved prominence in the financial community: Julie Joseforsky, Caroline Arnold and Bridget O'Connor.
Julie Joseforsky
Julie Joseforsky is the president of Key Mortgage Services, a unit of Cleveland based KeyCorp. KeyCorp is one of the nations largest bank-based financial services companies. Ms Joseforsky's responsibilities include overseeing sales, operations and information technology for the prime mortgage channel; Key's indirect home improvement channel and Key's vendor management business. Prior to this assignment she was the chief administrative officer for Key Consumer Finance, she has also previously held director level positions with Household International and Bank One.

Caroline Arnold
Caroline Arnold is a Managing Director in the IT Application Programming Group at Morgan Stanley. Caroline currently has responsibility for application development for Investment Banking, Equity Research, Institutional Securities Marketing, The Modelware Company, data mining and firm-wide client relationship systems. In 2004, Carolines's Investment Banking team built the street-wide auction platform used for the Google IPO. Caroline joined the Information Technology department in 1994 and was promoted to Vice President in 1995, Executive Director in 1997, and Managing Director in 2001.

Bridget O'Connor
As Chief Technology Officer of Lehman Brothers- a position she has held since 2002 - Bridget O'Connor has been visionary in developing a transparent enterprise-wide application architecture and capitalizing on synergies between infrastructure and line technologists. A 20-year veteran of the IT field, she currently serves as global head of Business Continuity Planning, Investment Banking Technology and Corporate Systems, in addition to the Global Architecture & Engineering division. She came to Lehman Brothers from AT & T Bell Labs, where she spent six years. Publications to which Ms. O'Connor has contributed include American Banker, Bloomberg, Business Week, Crains, Forbes, Fortune, Wall Street & Technology, and Waters.
