Michael Poser, Chair of Americas IT Diversity Committee, UBS

Michael Poser joined UBS in September 2005 as Global Head of Investment Bank Technology Services. He is the chair of the Americas IT Diversity Committee and a member of the Talent Recruitment Board. He is also the regional head of IT for the Americas. Prior to UBS, Michael spent 13 years at JPMorgan Chase, where he held a number of global roles, including Enterprise Technology Architecture, Head of IT for Fixed Income, and Head of Technology Infrastructure Services.
