About Our Speaker(s)

Ms. Ressel serves as the CEO, UBS Securities LLC for UBS Investment Bank after joining UBS in 2004. Ms. Ressel also serves on the Board of UBS Investment Bank. Ms. Ressel manages a broad array of management, supervisory control, compliance, and logistics functions for the Investment Bank covering the United States and Canada. Ms. Ressel also serves on the Board of UBS Canada Limited, Toronto, Canada and represents UBS as a Board Member of The Clearing House, New York, New York.

Cecelia ("Ci Ci") Holloway joined UBS Investment Bank in 2006. In this newly created role, Ms. Holloway is responsible for providing leadership in the development, implementation and assessment of a comprehensive array of programs and initiatives to promote diversity and the value of difference. As Chair of the Senior Diversity Leadership Council, and serving on boards such as, US Regional Diversity Board and the Global Recruitment Board, she has already strengthened the company’s focus on diversity as a business imperative.
