About Our Speaker(s)
Elizabeth Swanson is an experienced Talent Acquisition professional at Johnsons & Johnson. Her areas of exerpience include IT, Finance, Quality, Regulatory, Clinical, Operations and Human Resources, Proposal Management, R&D, Sales and Marketing. Elizabeth has an excellent track record in the development and execution of global recruiting and sourcing strategies and processes that minimize investment and maximize recruiting speed, quality and effectiveness. She holds a BA from St. Cloud State University in Mass Communications, sequence Advertising with a Minor in Psychology.
Andrew Partridge, a results driven Sourcing Recruiter at Johnson & Johnson with 9 years in healthcare and 4 years of experience in medical device. Andrew is responsible for the development of sustainable talent communities in Southern California for Quality Systems, Design, R&D and Supply Chain Operations. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Wyoming College of Business, with a minor in mass media communication.
Monique Svazlian, Founder of Highest Path, is a leadership and executive coach with expertise in developing women leaders. She guides women to embody feminine leadership styles based on feminine values and traits such as vulnerability, authenticity, empathy and inclusiveness can lead to positive corporate culture where innovation, creativity and individual contribution is valued. Monique has worked internationally with companies like eBay, Deloitte, Nestle, Google, Celgene, Compass Minerals, Deno Gold, and others. Moderator, Erin Oprian, is an experienced Talent Acquisition Sourcing Manager responsible for managing the full life-cycle talent acquisition strategy for the Americas. Erin has seventeen years’ experience working within executive recruiting and human resource environments. She holds a BA from Chico State University in Communications, minor in Human ResourcesMasters in OD from Antioch University.
