About Our Speaker(s)

Former Chief Technology Officer of the County of Orange, Joel Manfredo is a multi-disciplinary executive offering leadership and vision based upon over thirty years of experience working for major organizations in a broad spectrum of functions. He’s spent the last 16 years in transformational Chief Information Officer roles and the prior 18 years in many functions in commercial real estate including leasing, finance, development, operations, marketing, securities, construction, energy and utilities. He is known for the 3Ts: Transformation, Turnaround and Technology.

Christina Kosmowski is senior vice president at salesforce.com, where she runs the Customers for Life Organization for the Western Region. She has held this role for 5.5 years and has watched salesforce.com grow from 200 to over 12,000 employees., which entails consulting, support, and account management functions. Kosmowski studied industrial engineering at Northwestern University.

Terri Avnaim has marketed technology for more than 20 years. She is currently the Vice President of Marketing at Predixion Software. Terri was the Executive Director of Global Demand at Dell Software where she was responsible for strategizing the company’s launch into the systems management market after their acquisition of Quest Software. At Quest, Terri was the Vice President of Corporate Marketing, where she led a team of 150 marketers globally that were responsible for brand, lead generation, digital, social and corporate communications.
