San Jose, CA, February 24, 2016 - WITI (Women in Technology International), the leading global business organization for women in technology with more than 150,000 members worldwide, announced today the First Annual Sports, Entertainment and Technology Symposium, to be held on March 31, 2016 at Jabil’s Blue Sky Innovation Center in San Jose, CA.
Wearables and fitness bands are now big business. Users are consuming content through tablets, phones, computers and even watches. This incredible growth is creating many opportunities for partnerships among the technology, sports and entertainment worlds.
At the WITI Sports, Entertainment and Technology Symposium, attendees will hear from key players who are leading the way for women as these industries converge.
The Symposium consists of sessions showcasing women’s individual achievements, and sharing experiences in various segments of the sports industry at both the technology and professional executive levels. The emphasis will be on personal and professional insights, mentorship, and the empowerment of women in sports and technology.
