Helen Norris
Regional Director
Helen Norris is an Associate Vice President for Administrative Computing at California State University, Sacramento. In that role, Helen is responsible for all administrative systems at the university, including student systems, financial systems, data warehouse systems and HR systems, providing services to over 30,000 students, as well as to faculty and staff. Helen has almost 30 years experience working in IT including several years in the private sector, supporting IT in a variety of industries including advertising and consumer products. Most recently, however, Helen's experience has been in higher education IT, where Helen has a proven track record of successful project delivery and senior operational management. Originally from Ireland, Helen has earned a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Trinity College, Dublin, Ireland, and a Master's degree in Computer Resource Management and Business Administration from Webster University in St. Louis.
Paula Davy

As a Business Development Manager at AgreeYa Solutions, Paula Davy is responsible for new business development and existing business expansion for the IT Staffing Division. Paula has over 15 years of experience in sales and recruiting and has deep understanding of the IT industry. Her team building and management skills as well as negotiation expertise have proved to be valuable for the companies she worked at as well as for her client base. With a passion for customer service, Paula's motto is "seek first to serve others and the business will follow". As a result, she has garnered success and a solid reputation in business-to-business account development and technical recruiting. Paula holds a Marketing Degree and is also Owner/Manager of 2 vacation rentals in Sandpoint, Idaho.
