Aditi Banerjee leads the Medical Devices business in Engineering Services at Infosys Ltd. and is responsible for driving growth initiatives in strategic accounts. In addition, she manages the Railroads business in Engineering Services, and Internet of Things business in growth markets. Dr. Banerjee has 20 years of business, marketing, and technology leadership experience in the Product and Engineering services industry.
Prior to joining Infosys, she worked in Texas Instruments, where she was worldwide Marketing Manager in Analog and Embedded business units. At Texas Instruments, she held responsibility for acquisition of new business and scaling business growth across diverse industries in Global markets. Dr. Banerjee holds three US patents and has authored 13 technical publications. She is a member of the Industry Advisory Board at Southern Methodist University Dallas and University of Arkansas, and is also a member of Advisory Board of Women in Technology International (WITI). She received her Ph.D. in Material Science and Engineering from North Carolina State University, her M.S. from Pennsylvania State University, her MBA from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, and her Bachelor in Engineering degree from NIT, Nagpur, India.

Madonna Bolano has led the global Human Resources function for Applied Materials since February 2014. Prior to this position, she was head of HR for the Silicon Systems Group (SSG), the Company's largest business group. Bolano and her team support the business to attract, develop and retain industry-leading talent and provide a climate and incentives to maximize the value they create for Applied. She has worked with executives to successfully close and integrate major mergers and acquisitions, reorganize the business, improve employee engagement, and create and staff new organizations.
Prior to joining the SSG organization in October 2009, Bolano led HR for the Display and SunFab Solar group. She re-joined Applied in July 2009 from SunPower Corporation, where she supported the Worldwide Operations organization and led the HR Operations function. Prior to SunPower, she held HR leadership positions for 15 years in the semiconductor equipment industry at Lam Research Corporation, Applied Materials and AG Associates (now part of Mattson Technology, Inc.).
Bolano has been recognized for her achievements and influence inside and outside the workplace. She received the 2015 YWCA Silicon Valley Tribute to Women Award and in 2014 was named one of the "Top 50 Most Powerful Women in Technology" by the National Diversity Council, and a "Woman Worth Watching" by Profiles in Diversity Journal. She is a member of Applied's Community Engagement Council and holds a bachelor of arts degree in sociology with highest honors from the University of California, Berkeley.

Mr. Cutini has worked in the semiconductor equipment industry since 1981. In 1990 he co-founded OnTrak Systems, a CMP wafer cleaning Equipment Company. After developing proprietary CMP technology and executing an initial public offering in 1995 at a value of $225 million, OnTrak was acquired by Lam Research in 1997 for $400 million. Mr. Cutini served at Lam as president of the OnTrak division. In 1999 he joined Gasonics International as EVP of Marketing and Business Development and helped lead the acquisition by Novellus. Tapped by venture capitalists and industry experts, he is a known expert in driving post-merger integrations that quickly achieve profitability and solidify company operations to support rapid growth. He has served on multiple public and private company boards and is a veteran of the US Navy, where he studied electronics.
Mr. Cutini is currently the President and CEO of Strasbaugh, Inc., located in San Luis Obispo, CA. Strasbaugh manufactures CMP and grinding equipment for use in the production of nanotechnology for the Internet of Things (IoT), mobile computing platforms, LED lighting and a wide array of semiconductor devices. Strasbaugh is best known for developing some of the first CMP and Grinding products used in the semiconductor industry and more recently for developing leading technology in hard materials grinding and CMP.

Tonie oversees corporate responsibility, a function she helped to build since starting at NVIDIA in 2006. As a strategist and communicator, she works with colleagues to streamline social and environmental compliance efforts, as well as drive best practice and leadership initiatives that strengthen NVIDIA's sustainability and brand reputation. She publishes the company's CSR report and engages with shareholders, NGOs and customers as they track NVIDIA's progress. Dipesh is the Exec sponsor of ARMÃs D&I initiatives. With his nearly 20 years at ARM and prior professional experience, he is well versed in working with and across multi-generational teams. Her professional background includes eight years at Lam Research Corporation in corporate and technology strategy - working directly with executive leadership on mergers & acquisitions, venture investments, the long term research group organizational design, technology portfolio management and innovation. Prior to Lam she spent five years at Semiconductor Equipment and Materials International, where she established an emerging technology vertical for the global not-for-profit association.
During her time at SEMI she became an internationally recognized speaker on nanotechnology, including being invited to share her perspective on the role of nanotechnology in industry by the President’s Council of Advisors on Science and Technology as part of their diligence for policy recommendations. Prior to SEMI, she was co-founder and Vice President of Content for an e-commerce start up, SemiSales. As an entrepreneur, she was one of only 12 alumni recognized for leadership by the Santa Clara University Leavey School of Business. She started her career at Rose Associates providing customized market research and management consulting services to global materials companies.
Lubab is passionate about poverty alleviation, focused on providing food and water security, and the environment. She served on the Board of Directors, including as Chairperson, for non profit organizations including The Youth Foundation, Loaves & Fishes Family Kitchen and Sustainable Community Gardens.
Lubab holds a Bachelor of Science degree from San Jose State University and a Masters of Business Administration from Santa Clara University. Santosh K. Kurinec is a Professor of Electrical & Microelectronic Engineering at Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT). She is a Fellow of IEEE. She served as the Department Head of Microelectronic Engineering from 2001-2009 before joining IBM Watson Research Center for a year of academic sabbatical. She received Ph.D degree in Physics from University of Delhi, India and worked as Scientist at National Physical Laboratory, New Delhi from 1980-85. She worked as a postdoctoral research associate at the Department of Materials Science and Engineering at University of Florida, Gainesville, FL from 1985-1986 where she researched on thin metal film composites. Prior to joining RI, she was Assistant Professor of Electrical Engineering at Florida State University/Florida A & M University in Tallahassee, FL. She received the RIT Trustee Scholarship Award in 2008 and was honored as the Engineer with Distinction by the Rochester Engineering Society in 2013. She has been actively engaged in outreach for promoting engineering education and mentoring students for careers in emerging semiconductor technologies for applications in IoT, energy & healthcare. She is a Member of American Physical Society (APS), The New York Academy of Sciences, and an IEEE Electron Device Society (EDS) Distinguished Lecturer. She received the 2012 IEEE Technical Field Award for Outstanding Undergraduate Teaching. Her current research activities include nonvolatile memory, photovoltaics, advanced integrated circuit materials and processes. She has over 100 publications in the field of electronic materials & devices in research journals and conference proceedings.
