Aditi Banerjee leads the Medical Devices business in Engineering Services at Infosys Ltd. and is responsible for driving growth initiatives in strategic accounts. In addition, she manages the Railroads business in Engineering Services, and Internet of Things business in growth markets. Dr. Banerjee has 20 years of business, marketing, and technology leadership experience in the Product and Engineering services industry.

Prior to joining Infosys, she worked in Texas Instruments, where she was worldwide Marketing Manager in Analog and Embedded business units. At Texas Instruments, she held responsibility for acquisition of new business and scaling business growth across diverse industries in Global markets. Dr. Banerjee holds three US patents and has authored 13 technical publications. Maryanne Baumgarten, Ph.D

Madonna Bolano
Group Vice President, Global Human Resources, Applied Materials

Madonna Bolano has led the global Human Resources function for Applied Materials since February 2014. Prior to this position, she was head of HR for the Silicon Systems Group (SSG), the Company's largest business group. Bolano and her team support the business to attract, develop and retain industry-leading talent and provide a climate and incentives to maximize the value they create for Applied. She has worked with executives to successfully close and integrate major mergers and acquisitions, reorganize the business, improve employee engagement, and create and staff new organizations.

Prior to joining the SSG organization in October 2009, Bolano led HR for the Display and SunFab Solar group. She re-joined Applied in July 2009 from SunPower Corporation, where she supported the Worldwide Operations organization and led the HR Operations function. Prior to SunPower, she held HR leadership positions for 15 years in the semiconductor equipment industry at Lam Research Corporation, Applied Materials and AG Associates (now part of Mattson Technology, Inc.).

Bolano has been recognized for her achievements and influence inside and outside the workplace. She received the 2015 YWCA Silicon Valley Tribute to Women Award and in 2014 was named one of the "Top 50 Most Powerful Women in Technology" by the National Diversity Council, and a "Woman Worth Watching" by Profiles in Diversity Journal. She is a member of Applied's Community Engagement Council and holds a bachelor of arts degree in sociology with highest honors from the University of California, Berkeley.

Jerry Cutini
President and CEO, Strasbaugh, Inc.

Mr. Cutini has worked in the semiconductor equipment industry since 1981. In 1990 he co-founded OnTrak Systems, a CMP wafer cleaning Equipment Company. After developing proprietary CMP technology and executing an initial public offering in 1995 at a value of $225 million, OnTrak was acquired by Lam Research in 1997 for $400 million. Mr. Cutini served at Lam as president of the OnTrak division. In 1999 he joined Gasonics International as EVP of Marketing and Business Development and helped lead the acquisition by Novellus. Tapped by venture capitalists and industry experts, he is a known expert in driving post-merger integrations that quickly achieve profitability and solidify company operations to support rapid growth. He has served on multiple public and private company boards and is a veteran of the US Navy, where he studied electronics.

Mr. Cutini is currently the President and CEO of Strasbaugh, Inc., located in San Luis Obispo, CA. Strasbaugh manufactures CMP and grinding equipment for use in the production of nanotechnology for the Internet of Things (IoT), mobile computing platforms, LED lighting and a wide array of semiconductor devices. Strasbaugh is best known for developing some of the first CMP and Grinding products used in the semiconductor industry and more recently for developing leading technology in hard materials grinding and CMP.

Tonie Hansen
