About Our Speaker(s)

Michelle Erickson is a strategic change and development consultant with 15 years of experience working on both the operational and the people side of business growth and organizational change. She has broad industry experience including fast growing retail, commodities, consumer products, and high tech companies. Her clients include Stanford University, Ford Motor Company, Intercon Technologies, Campbell’s Worldwide, Cellular One, Reebok International and Driscoll Strawberry Associates. Michelle is a graduate of University of California Davis, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics, and a Master of Arts degree in Administration.
