About Our Speaker(s)

Jacqueline Whitmore is a certified etiquette expert, a professional speaker, and the founder of The Protocol School of Palm Beach in Palm Beach, Florida. Some of Jacqueline’s clients include Citigroup, Comerica, Kerr-McGee, Dana Corporation, FPL Group, Bloomingdale’s and Louisiana State University.

Jacqueline is the Cell Phone Etiquette Spokesperson for Sprint and is responsible for educating the public in the proper use of wireless phones. She is also the founder of National Cell Phone Courtesy Month in July.
Jacqueline ranks as one of the most widely quoted business etiquette experts in the United States. She conducts hundreds of interviews annually and her advice is sought by national business, trade and consumer publications and wire services. She has appeared on CNN, the Travel Channel, FOX and CNNRadio. She has been profiled in USA Today, the New York Times, Glamour, Woman’s World, Men’s Health, The Wall Street Journal, Successful Meetings, Association Trends and the Associated Press.

Prior to starting her company, Jacqueline served as the protocol officer and assistant director of public relations for The Breakers, a AAA five-diamond resort, where she advised hotel personnel on the nuances of dealing with royalty, celebrities and other VIPs.

Jacqueline has served as an international flight attendant with Northwest Airlines, a singer, dancer, and actor at Sea World of Florida, and a special events coordinator with the Walt Disney World Dolphin Hotel.
