About Our Speaker(s)
Michelle Goebel is a Chopra Center Certified Meditation Instructor and Energy Practitioner. She studied with Deepak Chopra, MD and Chopra Center Co-Founder David Simon, MD. Michelle first experienced the power of mind body healing 21 years ago, after a life changing car accident. For over 20 years, she has practiced various forms of meditation and natural healing. During which time, Michelle led a parallel path in the fast-paced, high tech corporate world, where she achieved exceptional results for many organizations including Citrix and ADT/Tyco. Through the power of meditation, she has been able to discover work-life balance, better health and find more joy. The changes have been so profound, she decided to dedicate herself fulltime to teaching meditation, stress management and wellness. Michelle teaches private and group meditation classes, workshops, workplace wellness and women's programs. www.inspiredintent.com
