Over many years of building the WITI brand and collecting input from our constituency, we have come to understand that the "WITI woman" continues to evolve and gain influence wherever she focuses: on her company, on her superiors, peers and subordinates, on the young women she mentors, on her community, and on her social, environmental, and political efforts.
