Her knowledge in the healthcare and professional services industries, coupled with her strong leadership skills have contributed to her high degree of success in management, building business partnerships and strategic planning initiatives. She is a bilingual professional and her experience extends to training, organizational development, employee relations, payroll, benefits, talent acquisition and compensation. She has led PMSI to receive the Gold Fit-Friendly Award and a finalist for the 2012 Healthiest Employer Award. Betsy is the award recipient of the “2013 Most Powerful and Influential Women” from the Florida Diversity Council.
