The Leader in You: How to Be Your Authentic Self and Create a Strategy to Win

Presenter: Betsy Myers

Authenticity means finding "the real me" within ourselves and feeling comfortable in our own skin. When you step into who you truly are, you access a source of inexhaustible power. People see you as real, and that fuels a level of trust and confidence. At the same time, you must be conscious of how you treat and connect with the people around you. Whether you are managing a division of a company, leading a project, interacting in your community or raising your children, the way you feel about yourself and how others feel about you, is key to your success and happiness. In this webinar, Betsy Myers will take you through the journey of becoming an authentic leader and share how that creates a strategy to win.
