Culture and Stories: Women in Technology at Wells Fargo

Presenters: Ana Golubovski, VP Marketing Data Decision Strategy Manager; Tammy Larsen, VP Technology Manager; and Tara Oberhofer, SVP Marketing Data Decision Strategy Manager

Wells Fargo has a rich history of diversity and inclusion, including a commitment to women that dates back to 1873, when the company hired Mary Taggart to manage an express office in Palmyra, Nebraska. She was the first of more than 350 women who managed company locations in towns across America from 1873 to 1918. That tradition continues today, with women holding many executive-level leadership positions and representing 7 of the 16 seats of the Board of Directors.

In this one-hour webinar, three Wells Fargo leaders will share their own career journeys in technology. They will share more about women at Wells Fargo, both yesterday and today, and discuss how Wells Fargo promotes diversity and inclusion across the company. Lastly, they will provide an overview of the company, including its data and analytics organization, which is focused on transforming how Wells Fargo uses data to provide greater insight to its businesses through consistent, simplified, innovative data services.
