Dear Mr. Bond,

I wish to extend my congratulations and best wishes in honor of NAACP's 100th Birthday! You and your organization stand as a model and source of inspiration to me and millions of others who are committed to taking a stand against all prejudice and completely committed to ensuring every human being is treated with equal respect and equality.

And, I agree with your comments (in a recent interview) that the world would not have the gift of President Obama if it were not for the 100 years of dedication of the NAACP. I am awed by the contributions of you and your organization and fully realize there is so much more work to be done.
