According to the results of recent academic studies, traditional brainstorming meetings not only generate lower quality ideas than other methods, but it prevents the best ideas from surfacing. We have all been in meetings that don't produce ideas to solve the problem at hand. Solving problems and generating new ideas is a critical part of any leader's contribution to their team. In fact, according to Price Waterhouse's CEO report, the skill of "creativity" was rated as the number one most in-demand skill set for employees.

It's time to go past outdated brainstorming techniques and learn new approaches that have been proven to uncover better ideas, especially in team settings.

In this session, you will learn an evidence-based system that has been used to generate breakthrough ideas for thousands of organizations around the world. We will walk through a three-step process to organize better meetings that will produce an immediate shift in how ideas are formed. We will discuss how a systems-based approach to idea generation focuses creativity helping you make counter-intuitive connections that are the basis for great solutions.
