Introducing the Randstad US Human Forward Award

On behalf of Randstad US, I am pleased to announce the Human Forward Award. We would like to recognize women and men going above and beyond to advance women, particularly in STEM roles, either within their organizations or more broadly in their industry or community. Nominations are open and being accepted online.

In 2020, the Human Forward Award will be awarded to deserving leaders. These individuals will be recognized for their commitment to equal opportunities for growth and advancement, as well as recognition for moving people and businesses forward by cultivating a work environment where diverse ideas, cultures, and perspectives are encouraged and celebrated.

This award - and our partnership with WITI (Women in Technology International) - is one of the many ways Randstad carries out its mission to drive a more inclusive workplace and society. For one, we actively support women in climbing the career ladder at all levels of our organization, with 48% of our senior leadership positions across the world filled by women. We also encourage and provide mentoring and networking opportunities through the Women in Randstad Empowering Development (WIRED) employee resource group. In 2018, Randstad US joined more than 500 CEOs publicly, to pledge to make equal pay a reality.
